POLICIES & RETURNS

CONTACT US: Please contact us via email at teamsisterscs@gmail.com in regards to any returns or exchanges needed. We answer emails Monday through Friday between 8am and 5pm. Please allow us up to 48 business hours to respond to your emails.  We pride ourselves on customer services and look forward to providing you with the best possible shopping experience!

  • Approved Merchandise may be returned for an exchange or store credit ONLY within 10 days of the ship date.
  • Returned items MUST remain unwashed and unworn, in original condition and with tags.
  • Items with any stains, makeup of any kind will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost, if not paid within 30 days items will be donated.
  • Original shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and the customer is responsible for the S&H costs of the returned or exchanged item.
  • When returning shoes please places shoes and shoe box in another box or new poly mailer so box does not get damaged. If shoes are damaged / and box is damaged there will be a 20% restock fee.
  • Items orders using DICOUNT CODE OF 20% or more may not be returned as they will be considered FINAL SALE.
  • No returns on jewelry, DISCOUNTED ITEMS, intimates, bras, body suites, leggings or custom items such as LV, bags, wallets, belts.
  • STORE CREDIT WILL BE SENT TO THE EMAIL LINKED TO YOUR ACCOUNT. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR KEEPING TRACK OF THE STORE CREDIT.

Orders that are processing typically take 2-3 business days before shipping. Please keep in mind that MAJOR SALES take about 3-5 business days to process and then ship out. You will receive an email notification once your order has begun processing and you will receive another email with tracking once your order has been fulfilled.
